Early in the morning, the impressive Apu welcomes us under the sun and the blue sky of Cusco. Welcome to the Ausangate experience.
The locals will show us their agricultural work, their community life and help prepare Pachamanca, a traditional dish cooked underground with hot stones, based on alpaca meat, guinea pig, trout, chicken and local tubers.
After a delicious lunch with pachamanca, we will see an exhibition of alpaca textiles, where spinning, dyeing with natural plants and traditional weaving will be shown.
