The farming community of Occopata, located high above Cusco, is a vibrant example of traditional Andean life and the region’s rich agricultural heritage. At more than 3,800 meters above sea level, Occopata specializes in the production of native potatoes, cultivating an impressive diversity of varieties that have been inherited and perfected over generations.
Prior to the ceremony, a spiritual teacher guides the couple in meditation and connection with nature. We organize cultural workshops on Andean traditions, with demonstrations of music, dance and painting, and explanations about the symbolism of ceremonial objects.
Day 2
An encounter with sacred entities in the mountain of the Sacred Valley, where nature and spirituality come together in magical landscapes. Ancestral rituals are carried out, surrounded by flora, fauna, waterfalls and legends, accompanying the ceremony with a master plant.
Day 3
The newlyweds make an Offering to Pachamama, symbolizing gratitude and respect for Mother Earth. They deposit coca leaves and food to harmonize their union with nature. Then, they return to Cusco.
