The itinerary
Day 1
Embark on a fascinating tour of the Sacred Valley, starting with the picturesque village of Chinchero. Then, explore Moray, with its enigmatic circular terraces, continue to the Maras salt pans, a dazzling mosaic of pink salt ponds harvested for generations. In the afternoon, relax in a charming cabin in Maras with an outdoor Jacuzzi, enjoying panoramic mountain views and a starry sky.
Day 2
Early the next day, travel by train to Aguas Calientes, the base for Machu Picchu. Travel by bus up to the citadel, explore its temples and terraces with an expert guide and enjoy free time to capture photos and absorb the magic of the place. Afterwards, return to Aguas Calientes for a local lunch and a walk through the village, including the market and hot springs.
Day 3
The next morning, return to the Sacred Valley to discover the archaeological treasures of Ollantaytambo and Pisac. In Ollantaytambo, walk the cobblestone streets and Inca fortress, and in Pisac, explore the agricultural terraces and its colorful traditional market.
